Jen has been the bookkeeper for St. Peter’s Preschool & Kindergarten since 2015. She received her accounting degree from the University of Rhode Island and is a former auditor and worked in internal accounting. Jen was a former bookkeeper for Pathways to Home, an outreach mission of St. Peter’s. She will continue as the bookkeeper for the Preschool while taking on the additional bookkeeping for the Church. Jen spent most of her life in Rhode Island before relocating to Lake Mary 16 years ago. She is happily married to her husband Kevin and they are raising two children – Alex and Morgan, who both attended St. Peter’s Preschool. Jen spends almost all her free time at cross country and track meets along with dance practices and recitals, and there’s no where she’d rather be than supporting her kids! The Plants are parishioners at Annunciation Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs, FL.
