Ministry at St. Peter’s

The apostle Paul, in his first letter to the Corinthians, used the human body as a metaphor for the church. “For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.” –1 Corinthians 12; 12.
While we serve different functions, we all serve the same cause. Some are called to be His hands, some His tongue, but we all have been called. In the church, it’s called Ministry.  You can download the Ministry Brochure here; for a more complete listing of Ministries, download the Ministry Booklet.
God has given each of us unique circumstances, challenges and gifts so that we can use them for His glory.
At St. Peter’s, we have a team of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about helping people not only discover their God-given purpose, but to help you put it into use. Imagine your life if you were using God’s gifts the way He intends!

Discover Your Gifts

You might ask, “Who am I? I’m just one tiny piece of God’s huge puzzle.” But each of us is unique, and the “picture” of God’s mission in the world only becomes complete when we employ our distinctive S.H.A.P.E. St. Peter’s is conducting an online Spiritual Gifts Assessment. Members are encouraged to take the survey to help determine their Spiritual Gift(s) which can be emloyed in service of the Lord. Click the banner (right) or go to www.stpetersministry.org.
