All Things New, by John Eldridge, Small Group Study with Amy Jennings
Heaven, earth, and the restoration of everything you love. Most Christians (most people for that matter) do not really look forward to their future because their views of heaven are vague, religious, and appallingly boring. Hope begins to surge when we understand that for the believer nothing is lost. Heaven is not a life in the clouds; it is not unending worship singing. Rather, the life we long for, the paradise Adam and Eve knew, is precisely the life that is coming to us. And coming soon. Click here for more information on All Things New.
Cost: TBD to purchase at St. Peter’s beginning January 7. Also available on Amazon and other retailers.

Love Does, by Bob GoffSmall Group Study with Troy Hammond
A study recommended by our Rwanda missionaries; discover a secretly incredible life in an ordinary world.

Bob Goff has become something of a legend, and his friends consider him the world’s best-kept secret. Those same friends have long insisted he write a book. What follows are paradigm shifts, musings, and stories from one of the world’s most delightfully engaging and winsome people. What fuels his impact? Love. But it’s not the kind of love that stops at thoughts and feelings. Bob’s love takes action. Bob believes Love Does. When Love Does, life gets interesting. Each day turns into a hilarious, whimsical, meaningful chance that makes faith simple and real. Each chapter is a story that forms a book, a life. And this is one life you don’t want to miss.
Cost: TBD to purchase at St. Peter’s beginning January 7. Also available on Amazon and other retailers.

If you are looking for a better way to engage and connect with your children; to have a better understanding of how you can positively and practically impact them in this crazy world – then attend our Raising Children At Promise study.  This study will offer a shift in your thinking for raising healthy and responsible children who will contribute positively to their world.  We will explore the live changing principles discovered by school principle Dr. Timothy S. Stuart and former teacher of the year Cheryl G. Bostrom.  In their book Children At Promise they offer practical illustrations that show how at-risk and advantaged children can develop their At Promise Identity.

These principles are solidly grounded in the best educational and pshycological theories and practices, as well as timeless biblical truth and wisdom.  The Raising Children At Promise study will provide parents, teachers, and coaches with the insight, motivation, and tools for raising children of PROMISE character.
